Nancy LeBosquain, Principal

Drawing from experience in a variety of industries including technology, oil & gas, and publishing, Nancy understands how to engage and motivate employees in a large globally dispersed workforce. As corporate global Internal Communications Manager for an oilfield services company with more than 10,000 employees worldwide, Nancy worked as an advisor to executives on what would resonate with employees that spanned cultures and languages as well as a business partner to managers implementing the company’s first ever employee engagement survey.

Adept at crafting authentic and meaningful employee communication pieces, Nancy built an internal communication strategy from the ground up and successfully launched the company’s first intranet, an indispensable tool used every day by employees in order for them to excel in their jobs.

With a strong background in technology communications, she has a distinct talent for translating complex technical concepts and schematics into digestible, shareable ideas.

Fluent in French and English, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in marketing from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary as well as having completed executive education at both Cambridge University in England and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
